This app collects and transmits geolocation information for recording the location of employee time punches, solely for the purpose of allowing supervisors/managers to verify permissible work premises. Employee authorization is required for GPS data capture. Geolocation information is stored within separate electronic timesheets for each employee.
4. The app only transmits geolocation information to the NOVAtime database of the client company associated with the employee. The client company has full ownership and control over this information and may use or share it as they deem appropriate. NOVAtime assumes no responsibility for the release of geolocation information by the client company.
5. GPS location accuracy depends on factors such as physical location, signal strength, and mobile phone service provider. While we strive for accurate capture, we cannot guarantee the exactness of recorded locations.
