The client company has full ownership and control over this information and may use or share it as they deem appropriate. NOVAtime assumes no responsibility for the release of geolocation information by the client company.</li>
 <li>GPS location accuracy depends on factors such as physical location, signal strength, and mobile phone service provider. While we strive for accurate capture, we cannot guarantee the exactness of recorded locations.</li>
